The Will County Governmental League (WCGL) is a not-for-profit intergovernmental organization comprised of 33 municipalities, the County of Grundy and the County of Will, representing a population over 694,000.  Formed in 1983, the League provides technical assistance and services, as well as providing a forum for municipalities to discuss and resolve regional issues of mutual concern.  Our membership is comprised of both elected and appointed officials and supported through membership dues and grants.  The League's scope of activities includes transportation, legislation, public works, electrical aggregation, and intergovernmental relations.
