The focus of our Annual Drive Down is to discuss the positions of the Will County Governmental League, and how decisions on pending legislation will affect WCGL member communities. This is an opportunity for our municipal members to meet with legislators on issues that affect the WCGL as a whole.
The WCGL will host a luncheon and reception in Springfield for our members and legislators. The WCGL is scheduling meetings with the Leadership and WCGL local legislators. It is important that your community be represented down in Springfield to let the legislators know what Will County Governmental League members expect from them in the spring session.
