The Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) is a Joint Purchasing Program comprised of the Will County Governmental League, DuPage Mayors and Managers, South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association, and the Northwest Municipal Conference who administers the program. The SPC Joint Purchasing Program is available to all municipal members, counties, park districts, libraries, schools and not-for-profit groups. By combining the purchasing power of numerous local governments and agencies, the SPC is able to provide various items at significant cost reductions.
